If your product is battery operated:

* Try new batteries

Lingerie & Costumes Returns Policy Is your garment faulty?
We offer a 90-day replacement period for faults on all lingerie, beachwear, costumes and footwear. If your product is faulty, please contact our friendly customer service team via email, or phone. Visit our Contact Us page for details. We are not able to cover damage to garments that are the result of improper care or laundering. Please follow all care instructions carefully.

Is the product a poor fit? Wrong size? Not the right style for you? Unwanted gift?
We offer a 90-day hassle free return policy for change of mind or unsuitability of lingerie, beachwear, costumes and footwear. All returns must meet the following conditions:
* All labels are to be still attached to the product.
* Products are to be returned in the original undamaged box (where applicable).
* The product must not have been worn (except to try on for size).
* The product must not be damaged or soiled.
* The product must not be altered in any way.

Please note we do not accept returns on latex wear, hosiery and bodystockings.
